I’m Fabricio Collino, a computer engineer, Product Lead and business founder. I have built products and operations spanning hardware, IoT, marketplaces, B2B SaaS, HRTech and applied AI. Today I bring that experience to researching, designing, building and developing products. I also train people and teams to use AI thoughtfully in their work.

enPunto began with a problem: installing and maintaining attendance systems across multiple branches was slow, expensive and difficult to scale.
We designed an IoT device connected to a SaaS platform, configured from a phone and linked to an account without local infrastructure. Deployment became a simple, repeatable setup instead of a technical project at every branch.
